About Me

I am a certified EMDR therapist that also specializes in cognitive and behavioral interventions for adolescents and adults with trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, adjustment problems, relationship concerns, grief and loss and chronic medical conditions, including cancer. I have a special interest in integrating one's faith into therapy, and treating individuals with generalized anxiety disorder, depression, social anxiety, panic, phobias, stress disorders, grief and loss and unresolved family of origin issues. I believe clients achieve the best outcome in therapy when they feel safe in the therapy setting and take an active role in their treatment. I strive to work with clients to develop a plan for treatment that helps them to be and become all they were created to be.
