This session introduces ‘Hip Hop Harmony,’ an innovative approach that integrates EMDR with Hip Hop Therapy techniques. She played a key role in “EMDR in Color,” significantly diversifying the field by over 700 therapists of color. Her work is grounded in decolonizing mental health practices and advocating for transformative justice, demonstrating a commitment to creating therapeutic spaces that are culturally affirming and inclusive.
