About Me
As a trauma-informed therapist and clinical social worker, I bring a compassionate, engaged, and curious presence that honors each client as the expert of their own life. I work with individuals who are navigating domestic violence, the aftermath of a relationship, recovering from sexual harm, or feeling the ongoing effects of trauma in their daily life. I provide a supportive and grounded space for clients to heal and connect with what matters most to them.
Education & Experience
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the State of Washington. I earned my master’s degree in social work from Seattle University with an emphasis on clinical practice and social justice. With nearly a decade of experience, I have worked in various settings providing mental health support for survivors of gender-based violence, intimate partner abuse, sexual violence, and narcissistic abuse. I have extensive training in a variety of advocacy and trauma-informed care approaches that support survivors. I have completed EMDRIA approved EMDR basic training and receive ongoing consultation and education to enhance my practice.
