About Me

I’m a family-oriented person, though I never realized that having a family was even an option for me until I did my own deep personal healing work. That journey of discovery not only shaped who I am today but also fuels my passion for helping others find hope and new possibilities in their own lives. Outside of therapy, I enjoy the simple and grounding practices that bring me balance—like baking bread and the meditative rhythm of running. These parts of my life remind me that healing and growth often happen in everyday moments, and they continue to inspire the work I do with my clients.

Education & Experience

Many of my clients come to me seeking lasting change and effective tools to help them move forward. Through EMDR therapy, we work together to access and strengthen the inner resources they already have but may find difficult to use in daily life. EMDR allows us to uncover and reprocess the unhelpful patterns and stuck memories that keep them trapped in cycles of stress, shame, and painful emotions. By addressing the root causes of trauma, anxiety, and unresolved experiences, clients can release the burdens of the past and create new pathways for healing. My goal is to empower each client to move forward with greater resilience, self-compassion, and freedom, opening the way to a more fulfilling and authentic life.

Professional & Volunteer Affiliations

In addition to my work with trauma, I have extensive experience supporting individuals and families impacted by addiction. Addiction often creates deep ruptures in trust and communication, leaving clients feeling disconnected from themselves and from the people they love. I help clients not only address the patterns that fuel addictive behaviors, but also repair and rebuild the relationships that matter most—whether with children, parents, or within marriages. Together, we focus on healing the shame, grief, and unmet needs that addiction leaves behind, creating space for healthier connections, renewed trust, and stronger family bonds.
