About Me
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, MS Counseling – EMDR Trained I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s degree in Counseling and advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through an EMDRIA-approved program. I specialize in providing EMDR Intensives as well as integrating EMDR-based approaches throughout my clinical practice. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and tailored to each individual. For many people, weekly sessions are not always the best fit. Intensives allow for focused, immersive healing in a shorter period of time, helping clients make meaningful progress when traditional models feel too slow or fragmented. I welcome referrals from other therapists who may not provide EMDR or intensive-format sessions. Clients referred for intensives typically return to their primary therapist for ongoing care, allowing me to serve as a collaborative partner in their healing journey
