This advanced training explores Phase 2 Extended Resourcing in EMDR, emphasizing mindfulness practices, slow bilateral stimulation for tapping in, and Resource Development Installation (RDI). Participants will learn assessment strategies to strengthen clients’ stability, enhance resilience, and prepare for trauma processing through practical, experiential techniques designed to deepen safety and regulation in therapy.
