About Me
I didn’t enter psychiatry just to treat patients; I came seeking to understand human suffering and what truly helps people rise again. Today, I work with adults facing trauma, addiction, and emotional dysregulation. I integrate EMDR, CBT, and DBT within a structured yet compassionate therapeutic approach. My goal is simple: to create a safe space where healing is not forced but allowed to unfold. Available for online sessions in Arabic.
Education & Experience
Licensed Psychiatrist (Egyptian Medical Syndicate) with clinical and leadership experience in addiction and trauma treatment. Completed Professional Diploma in Psychiatric Practice (Ain Shams University) and certified in Addiction Medicine by the International Society of Addiction Medicine (ISAM). Former head of the addiction treatment unit and psychiatric ward at Shebin El-Kom Mental Health Hospital, Egypt. Currently serving in a national addiction rehabilitation center in the Maldives, integrating EMDR, CBT and DBT for adults with complex trauma and emotional dysregulation.
