About Me
I am so happy you are here! It takes a lot of strength and courage to take the first few steps to obtain help and I appreciate you just being here. Sometimes life can feel really overwhelming, and it can be difficult to sort through it all. You don’t have to do it alone! I will hold space for you to be your authentic self and support you while you overcome past and present hardships. I find it an honor to be part of your healing journey. Together, we will explore solutions to gain emotional stability, self-worth, balance, growth, and peace in your life. My Values: Respect, Inclusivity, Authenticity, and Honesty When I’m not working with my clients, I enjoy reading, being outside in the fresh air, going on walks, being near water, boating, fishing, spending quality time with family and friends, enjoying a campfire, camping, and traveling.
Education & Experience
My professional education, training, and experience allows me to work effectively with children and their families, adolescents, and adults. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and enjoy working with people from all walks of life. I have a Masters of Social Work from Michigan State University, a Bachelors of Social Work from Saginaw Valley State University.
