About Me
I’m a therapist based in Stratford, Ontario. I work with adults at all stages of life, and I have a special passion for supporting parents and parents-to-be. I was drawn to EMDR because it gives people a way to work through difficult experiences that can leave them feeling stuck — whether that’s trauma, stress, or patterns that keep showing up. In my practice, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and not alone in what you’re going through. EMDR is one of the tools I use to help people find relief, build resilience, and feel more at home in themselves and their relationships.
