About Me
I am a trauma-informed therapist who supports individuals and couples, in person and via telehealth. My receptive, strengths-based, inclusive style aims to create an authentic connection where we can address what’s in your heart and mind. Whatever you're facing, I will collaborate with you to determine the best course for you to feel better, meet your needs, and accomplish your goals. I have experience helping folks with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, boundaries, and more. I warmly welcome all body sizes, ethnicities, genders, national origins, political values, races, religions, relationship structures, and sexualities.
Education & Experience
I am fully trained in EMDR, with additional education in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and Gottman Level 1 couples work. I hold a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Antioch University Seattle.
