About Me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional (CATP) practicing in St. Petersburg, Florida, with specialized training in trauma-informed care and EMDR. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. My approach blends creativity with evidence-based interventions, helping clients feel truly seen while building resilience, confidence, and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. I have advanced training in EMDR, CBT, and other trauma-focused modalities, and I am passionate about guiding clients of all ages through the healing process with warmth, authenticity, and curiosity. Whether we’re processing painful past experiences, addressing self-esteem or relationship challenges, or building tools for managing stress, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where meaningful change can happen.
