About Me

I believe that our past experiences and relationships play a major role in how we experience our lives in the present. Sometimes these experiences were painful or left our bodies feeling unsafe and hold us back from living the life we want. I hope to be present with my clients in a way that allows them to explore the deep parts of themselves they might have lost or forgotten. I believe that through the work and the healing, we can build a life for ourselves we are excited for. I am currently working on getting certified in EMDR and use a trauma informed, person centered approach with a focus on attachment theory.
