Mrs. Leidy Quispe, LPC

(She/Her)

About Me

My name is Leidy Quispe and I run a psychotherapy practice that is focused on trauma healing focused on multicultural and successful individuals who sabotage themselves and the people around them. These individuals feel unworthy (low self worth, imposter syndrome). They may also have trouble with their relationships at work, with their romantic partners, and their family. They carry shame and have lost touch with their true authentic self. I’m best known for identifying the source of their pain from their childhood traumas and connecting it to their childhood programing when they were growing up. I have over 20 years in business, worked with 100s of patients, leading to transformational change and discovering their true authentic self. My area of specialty is: linking childhood trauma to maladaptive adult behavior (sabotage, not feeling worthy, problematic relationships)
