About Me
Hi, I’m Gina Regalbuto, a licensed clinical social worker in California. I specialize in healing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other stressors that can impact daily life. I also have extensive experience working with BPD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and OCD. My approach is psychodynamic, and I tailor evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and mindfulness to your individual needs. As a certified yoga teacher, I offer breathwork and calming techniques to help with emotional regulation. You don’t have to go through this alone—let’s work together. Call or email me for a free consultation. I use evidence-based practices such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, Trauma-Informed Care, TF-CBT, Trauma Narratives, Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), Attachment Theory, and Positive Psychology & more to support clients. These approaches are tailored to meet your needs and help you overcome challenges, heal from trauma, and improve emotional well-being. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel challenging, whether it’s your first time or you’ve been in therapy before. I’m here to listen, answer your questions, and support you throughout the process. Together, we’ll explore your goals and find what works best for you. You don’t have to face this journey alone—I’m here to help you every step of the way.
