Monica Verde is a Licensed Independent Social Worker – Clinical Practice (LISW-CP), Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ADC), and the founder of Reclaim Healing, a wellness brand dedicated to serving first-generation and multicultural adults navigating cultural identity, family dynamics, and personal healing.

With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, Monica holds a Master's in Social Work and has pursued advanced training in multiple specialized areas, including Integrative Mental Health, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Anger Management. These certifications allow her to offer a well-rounded, whole-person approach to healing, one that honors the complexity of her clients' lived experiences.

As the daughter of immigrants and a trilingual professional fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Monica understands firsthand what it means to live between worlds. She brings that understanding into every aspect of her work, creating a space where first-generation and multicultural adults feel truly seen. Her clients often carry the weight of intergenerational patterns, unspoken family expectations, and the quiet tension of straddling two cultures, and Monica meets them there with warmth, directness, and deep cultural competence.
