About Me
Morning and afternoon openings, virtual sessions only. Life is full of adversity and moments that can leave us feeling stuck or overwhelmed. At times, we all need support in making sense of our experiences and uncovering what’s getting in the way of healing and growth. I view therapy as a collaborative process—one where we work together as a team to explore your inner and outer world, identify your strengths, and move toward the goals that matter most to you. I work with adults navigating various challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.
I specialize in utilizing modalities such as EMDR and art therapy and take a trauma-informed, strength-based approach in my work with clients. I also incorporate psycho education, coping skills, and humor in my therapeutic style, as it is important to make space for light even in the most difficult work.
I’m an experienced and compassionate therapist ready to support you through life’s various challenges and transitions. Together we can create a safe and supportive space to explore your experiences and inner world while working toward your goals collaboratively.
