About Me

Above all, I aim to create a compassionate, collaborative environment that honors your unique story and helps you move toward healing and growth.

Education & Experience

Two Bachelor degrees in Research and Psychology and two Masters in Clinical Social Work (MSW) and Early Intervention and Education (M.Ed). I have over 8 years of experience working in the mental health field. I draw on evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These methods can help reduce distress, shift unhelpful patterns, and support the mind and body in processing trauma.
