About Me

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LCPC), Tatyana endeavors to provide a caring, compassionate space for therapy participants to explore their inner worlds. Her passions in the counseling field lie in grief and complex-PTSD, and she believes that when people feel safe, seen, and heard, healing becomes possible. With a collaborative, trauma-informed approach, she understands that all kinds of things can come up, be they attachment or inner-child wounds, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, tough self-talk, or coping habits that just don’t work anymore. Her goal is to help you understand what you’ve been carrying this whole time, and support you in building a new way of living that feels more connected and true to who you are.

Tatyana is a fierce learner, traveler, and foodie. When she’s not helping others reach their highest potential, she can be found in nature, lifting weights, spending time with her family, lost in a book, or getting creative in the kitchen.
