About Me

I know how heavy the emotional load can feel when past hurts, overwhelming anxiety, or profound loss show up in our present day lives. As a therapist with nine years in practice, I've specialized in perinatal and maternal mental health, giving me a deep and specific insight of the unique pressures you face. I use EMDR as a powerful tool to help your nervous system settle down and truly release the cycle of worry, guilt, and overwhelm. I specialize in helping you reconnect with your authentic self so you can feel less reactive and more present with your family. If you’re ready to find meaningful movement beyond the past and move forward, I am currently accepting new EMDR clients. I offer flexible and convenient virtual sessions throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Education & Experience

My clinical foundation is built upon a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Clinical Counseling Psychology, where I gained comprehensive training, including a specialized focus on Health Psychology. I have been in practice for nine years and am fully licensed to provide therapy services across both Minnesota (MN) and Wisconsin (WI). My commitment to specialized care is demonstrated by my advanced post-graduate training: Perinatal Mental Health: I have completed advanced training through Postpartum Support International (PSI), equipping me with in-depth knowledge and clinical skills to address the unique mental health needs of individuals during pregnancy, postpartum, and times of loss. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): I received specialized training in EMDR through the Touchstone Institute, allowing me to offer evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment to help clients process distressing life events and relational issues.
