About Me
I am EMDR trained and currently pursuing the educational, clinical, and consultation hours necessary for EMDRIA Certification. I have extensive experience with complex trauma, eating disorders, crisis intervention, and severe psychiatric disorders, having worked in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, as well as at the residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of care for the treatment of eating disorders and co-occurring diagnoses.
Education & Experience
I have a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Washington University and a Bachelor's in Biology and Psychology from the University of Richmond. I am currently enrolled in a post-graduate Advanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Certification course through the NYU School of Social Work. I completed EMDR Basic Training in 2025 through Precision EMDR. I am also obtaining the clinical and consultation hours necessary for the Certified Eating Disorder Specialist credential under Dana Sedlak, LCSW, CEDS-C.
