About Me
I walk alongside people at a pace that feels right, bringing curiosity, compassion, and grounded honesty. My work blends Brainspotting, EMDR, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Somatics, Parts Work, and Attachment Theory, allowing us to explore what feels most helpful in the moment. As a neurodivergent child of Hong Kong immigrants, I bring cultural humility, social justice awareness, and a holistic perspective to healing. I’m committed to creating a safe, affirming, and authentic space where your experiences are held with respect and care.
Education & Experience
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Douglas College and a Master of Counseling from City University of Seattle. My background in both mental health and healthcare allows me to approach client care with a strong integrated perspective.I have completed EMDR basic training and continue advanced trainings to strengthen my clinical skills.
