About Me
I am a trauma therapist who is deeply committed to helping youth, men & women from the African Diaspora heal from unprocessed trauma. I have been empowering people of color to heal from complex trauma & PTSD and helping individuals & families through major life transitions for over 19 years. As a survivor of complex trauma & racial trauma, you need a multifaceted affirming approach that helps you rediscover who you really, and let go of negative beliefs. I specialize in providing a blended synergistic approach that integrates trauma informed EMDR therapy with somatic practices and transformational coaching approach. I also serve formally incarcerated people who have often never had the support they need to get to the root of their unprocessed trauma.
