About Me
I am a licensed therapist with advanced training in neuroscience, dedicated to helping people navigate mental health challenges and behavioral patterns that feel hard to shift. My work is grounded in a deep understanding of how the brain functions and how trauma, neurobiology, and emotional regulation shape thoughts, behaviors, and overall well-being. I use this knowledge to help clients move out of stuck patterns and into meaningful, sustainable healing and growth. As a co-owner of Balance In Behavior, I work with individuals experiencing addiction, acute mental illness, personality disorders, and complex behavioral concerns. I am highly trained in crisis response and provide support during periods of acute distress. My approach is brain-based and evidence-informed, with a strong focus on building resilience, improving emotional regulation, and supporting long-term mental health stability.
