About Me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing virtual psychotherapy to adults throughout California. I work with adults and veterans experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, and the lasting impact of painful or overwhelming experiences.
My approach is trauma-informed and individualized, integrating EMDR therapy with attachment-based, psychodynamic, and evidence-based approaches. I work with clients to process unresolved experiences, better understand patterns shaped by the past, and develop more adaptive ways of responding to emotions, relationships, and current stressors.
I have a particular interest in working with trauma survivors and veterans, including individuals experiencing PTSD and the ongoing effects of traumatic or high-stress experiences. I provide therapy in English and can also provide services in Farsi/Persian.
