About Me

I am a trained clinical psychologist and trauma therapist, having completed my trainings in Clinical Hypnosis, Ego State Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Hakomi, Biofeedback (HRV and EEG), Therapeutic Assessment and other approaches. I completed my EMDR Basic Training and EMDR Therapy (Dance of Attachment) from Center for Excellence in EMDR Therapy (Deany Laliotis). I am a faculty at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, where I have designed and anchor courses on trauma therapy, addiction and animal-assisted therapy in counselling. I am also a private practitioner, practicing online and in Mumbai, India.
