I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, bookworm and adventurer who believes in eating ice cream for breakfast and in an honest, interactive, approach to therapy. I'm a skilled clinician, gentle but direct, and I tend to swear a lot.
Education & Experience
I graduated with a Master's degree in Counseling in 2012 and have been practicing full-time ever since. I've worked in outpatient clinics, emergency rooms and everything in between, and I've learned that I work best with adults struggling with anxiety, people-pleasing and perfectionism.
