About Me

I have over a decade experience working with adolescents and teens within the school social work setting. Through my work in community mental health I have served adults with Autism and individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression. Whatever challenges you are facing, we will work through your needs and grow from there. I love incorporating different modalities to meet the needs of my clients. I am EMDR Trained and utilize engaging approaches such as play, art, mindfulness, and somatic experiencing.
