About Me
Life can bring about many different challenges, and taking the first step to seek therapy can be scary. There are times where we might feel like all hope has been lost. My passion is to provide a safe space for clients to feel heard and to provide support in the challenging times that they may be experiencing. I like to prioritize the therapeutic relationship in order to build trust with my clients. My hope is to support you through an individualized approach as everyone experiences and processes through life events differently. I am EMDR trained and utilized a trauma-informed approach with clients. I am currently working towards becoming EMDR-certified through EMDRIA. I am also IFS-informed and look to educate clients on how to understand and engage their different parts of self. Outside of my profession, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, and going for walks. You will rarely see me without an iced coffee in hand!
