About Me
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn next, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I work with adults and couples using EMDR therapy to help process trauma, reduce emotional distress, and heal from experiences that continue to impact daily life, relationships, and self-worth. Many clients come to therapy feeling exhausted, disconnected, or caught in patterns they don’t fully understand, wondering if real change is possible. The answer is yes. Through a collaborative and compassionate approach, EMDR allows us to gently access and reprocess painful memories so they no longer hold the same emotional charge. Together, we’ll take steady, manageable steps toward healing, resilience, and meaningful change. Reaching out for help takes courage, and I’m honored to walk alongside you as you heal old wounds and build deeper, more fulfilling connections.
Education & Experience
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida in 2022. I completed EMDR training in 2023 and provide trauma-informed, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs. I utilize EMDR to target trauma, negative core beliefs, and long-standing patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, substance use, and relationship distress. To support and enhance EMDR work, I integrate evidence-based approaches including Mindfulness, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Parts work, and attachment-based interventions to strengthen emotional safety, regulation, and relational connection particularly when preparing for or deepening EMDR processing.
