Preferred Name: Alleen
About Me
My desire is to create a safe, judgment-free zone for you to show up just as you are. I am a trauma-informed therapist whose approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and supported. I want to offer grace for where you are and instill hope for your future. You do not have to do this alone. You have already taken the first brave step – let’s take the next ones together.
Education & Experience
Master of Arts in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary. I am trained in the following areas: EMDR, Basic Trained, Trauma Focused CBT, Certified Complex Trauma (in process), Board Certified Telemental Health, Gottman Level 2 (couples counseling), Prepare/Enrich (premarital and marital counseling). I have worked with a variety of clients and problems and integrate Christian theology into therapy as the client desires. My approach is very client oriented. What works for one may not work for another. Together we can find the approach that will work for you!
