About Me
I'm here to help you walk in courage. In therapy, we will collaborate together to review your story, what's still keeping you stuck today, and your therapy goals. Therapy will be both rewarding and challenging - I'll be with you each step of the way. My role is to help you facilitate healing, so you can be at peace, empowered, and move forward.
My areas of focus are: family-of-origin/generational trauma, multicultural backgrounds, CPTSD/PTSD, relationship/communication stressors, racial identity stressors, emotional stress, adult life transitions, spiritual difficulties, anxiety/social anxiety, depression, ADHD, work/career burnout, and grief & trauma after abortion(s).
I invite you to reach out to me if you are ready for a consultation. Our consult will help determine if we're a fit to work together and get all your questions answered. I look forward to speaking with you soon
