About Me
I’m a Colorado-based therapist who helps adults move through anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, and relationship patterns that leave them feeling stuck. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, while challenging you to move to the edge of your comfort zone.
I integrate EMDR and IFS-informed parts work to help clients process past experiences, understand protective patterns, and develop greater self-trust and self-compassion. Together, we work toward feeling more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and others, so you can move forward with greater clarity and freedom.
Education & Experience
I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Regis University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with experience supporting individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
I have completed EMDR training with an EMDRIA-approved trainer, along with advanced training in EMDR, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and perinatal mental health. I engage in ongoing EMDR consultation, supervision, and continuing education to deepen my clinical skills and support meaningful, lasting change for my clients.
