About Me

Maybe you’ve been holding it together for a long time, but you’re tired. Anxiety, panic, depression, trauma, or difficult past experiences may be making life feel harder than it should. You may have gotten so good at being there for others that you’re not sure how to be there for yourself. You want to feel more like yourself again—to enjoy life, have meaningful relationships, and feel grounded rather than constantly on edge.
I work with adults who want to understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful, lasting change. I am EMDR certified through EMDRIA, and have a particular focus on trauma, attachment, and relationships. I believe that healing happens within the context of a safe, attuned therapeutic relationship, and I approach EMDR with that same emphasis on connection, collaboration, and trust.

EMDR can help us work with experiences that continue to shape how you feel, relate to others, and experience yourself—even when you may not think of those experiences as “trauma.” This can include childhood or relational experiences, loss, chronic stress, difficult relationships, or moments that left you feeling unsafe, unseen, powerless, or disconnected from yourself.

My approach to EMDR is individualized rather than one-size-fits-all. I adapt the protocol to your needs, your nervous system, and your capacity for processing, with safety and attunement guiding the work. We won’t rush into processing before you’re ready. Together, we’ll develop the resources and sense of safety needed to approach difficult experiences at a pace that feels manageable.

Alongside EMDR, I integrate attachment-based, somatic, and parts-work approaches to help us understand what is happening beneath the surface. I’m interested not only in relieving symptoms, but in helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and create new ways of relating—to yourself, to others, and to the world around you.

You don’t have to know exactly what you need before you begin. We can start where you are, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and work together toward feeling more grounded, connected, and fully yourself.
