About Me
I specialize in working with adults who are processing past developmental trauma, loss, anxiety, significant life transitions, and difficult relationships. Whether you are grieving the death of a loved one or pet, the loss of a relationship, identity, sense of safety, or estrangement. Therapy can be a place where your experiences are met with empathy, compassion, and understanding. My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative. I believe healing happens when you feel safe and supported. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you—no pressure to “get over it” or revisit painful memories before you‘re ready. Therapy with me focuses on helping you reconnect with yourself, build emotional resilience, and finding meaning.I draw from approaches such as attachment, psychodynamic, EMDR, somatic tools, and mindfulness while tailoring each session to your unique needs.
Clients often come to me feeling stuck, numb, anxious, or emotionally exhausted. Over time, many begin to experience self-compassion, relief from overwhelming emotions, and a renewed sense of hope.
