About Me
Jessica Eddins is a LPC, CSAC, RPRS, and LSATP. Jessica is licensed in Virginia, North Carolina, Alabama, New Hampshire, and Rode Island. Jessica is certified in trauma, ADHD, anxiety, anger management, EMDR therapy trained. Jessica has experience in working with LGBT issues, poly couple's, men's mental health, and healing wounds from family of origin. Jessica supports individuals coping with addiction and/or mental health issues. Jessica has a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University. Jessica is no stranger to working with addiction disorders or working with mental health issues. She can help you work towards your goal of sobriety or mental health needs, by providing a safe, empathic, and caring environment. Also, the utilization of community resources and exploring coping skills.
Education & Experience
Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, as well as both an Associate’s and Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Her academic background provides a strong foundation in behavioral health, trauma-informed care, and an understanding of the intersection between mental health, substance use, and the justice system.

Jessica is a member of the National Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC), the Virginia Association of Professional Counselors (VAPC), and the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). She is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly pursues continuing education through organizations such as Star Behavioral Health Providers, Brown University, ASAM, Mental Health America, the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), as well as, many other sources on a continual basis.
