Online Therapy

About Me

My approach to therapy is real, direct, and collaborative. I specialize in working with complex trauma, including complex PTSD, attachment wounds, and family-of-origin patterns that continue to impact relationships and day-to-day life. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or are carrying experiences that still affect them long after the event has passed.

I use EMDR to help clients process and heal from a wide range of experiences, including car accidents, driving anxiety, sexual abuse, grief, breakups, and relationship struggles. My goal is to create a supportive and compassionate space where clients can safely explore their experiences, make sense of their stories, and begin to build healthier patterns and a stronger sense of self.

I also bring lived experience as someone who has done my own deep trauma work, as a clinician in long-term recovery, and as a neurodivergent therapist.

Outside of my work, you can usually find me spending time outdoors with my pup, snowboarding, or traveling to explore a new country.

Education & Experience

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working in addiction treatment and mental health facilities. That experience continues to shape how I practice today, especially when working with trauma, anxiety, and substance use. I’ve seen firsthand that lasting change requires more than awareness alone. It takes trust, structure, and an approach that truly fits the individual. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, gently challenged when needed, and supported throughout the process.
