Miss Caroline Makosha Marokane, MA Couns Psych, BPsych, PGDip Addiction Care
Preferred Name: Caroline
About Me
I am a South African Counselling Psychologist with special interest in trauma and substance use. Many individuals do not present with a clear narrative of trauma, but rather with patterns of coping that were once adaptive and are no longer serving them. Therapy becomes a space to understand these patterns and develop more sustainable ways of functioning.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, Bachelor of Psychology (honors) and Post Graduate Diploma in Addictions Care. My work is shaped by experience across clinical, community, and high-demand environments (Military), including addiction treatment and multidisciplinary healthcare systems.
