About Me

I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor who supports adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping clients feel safe, understood, and more connected to themselves. I integrate EMDR with somatic, attachment-based, and parts-informed approaches to support meaningful and lasting change. I believe therapy is not about fixing what is wrong with you, but creating the space and tools to better understand yourself, process what you’ve experienced, and move forward with greater freedom and ease.

Education & Experience

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in British Columbia and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I am trained in EMDR, as well as in somatic and trauma-informed approaches, attachment-based therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT-C), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and yoga therapy.
