Information accessed through this Directory is provided “AS IS” and without any warranty, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness.

EMDRIA does not examine, determine, or warrant the competence of any EMDR therapist listed in this Directory. EMDRIA does not warrant that the EMDR therapists listed in this Directory are currently or properly licensed. Under no circumstances should this Directory be used to verify the credentials of EMDR therapists. Use of this Directory to locate an EMDRIA member is wholly voluntary and will not result in any liability against EMDRIA. In no event shall EMDRIA be liable for damages to any user of the Directory.

Terms of Use

The EMDR International Association (“EMDRIA”) is providing this Find an EMDR Therapist™ directory (“Directory”) as a benefit for members of the general public living in the United States, Canada and abroad. The only permitted use of this Directory is for the convenience of members of the public in obtaining quick access to information on EMDR therapists for non-commercial and non-research purposes.

Use of any of the information obtained from this Directory to solicit members for research or to identify research subjects is prohibited. Use of any of the information contained in this Directory for commercial purposes, political purposes, or for solicitation of any kind is prohibited. Use of any of the information obtained from this Directory to solicit EMDR therapists listed in this Directory for marketing, sales or other commercial purposes is prohibited. This Directory may not be used to send emails to groups of members, and may not be used to send announcements, advertisements, or other solicitations. The Directory may not be used to establish independent data files, lists of members, or lists of contact information for members.

EMDRIA reserves the right to monitor all use of this Directory for compliance with the terms of use of this agreement, including the terms described above. EMDRIA shall block any person’s use of this Directory indefinitely should EMDRIA determine, at our sole discretion, that the person is not complying with or is otherwise in violation of the terms described above. EMDRIA reserves the right to change the terms of this disclaimer at any time.
