About Me
I am a Licensed Masters Level Social Worker and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. It is my passion to help people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Over the past 14 years, I have been trained in several different therapy styles including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma, and Addictions Counseling.
Education & Experience
I graduated from Wayne State University with a Masters in Social Work in 2009. I worked in Community Mental Health settings for several years and have experience working in the Intermediate School District. I opened my own private practice in late 2022 and have been providing individual therapy for anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma.
