I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor primarily working with adults navigating complex trauma and its impact on daily life including emotional overwhelm, impulse control challenges, avoidance, and dissociation. Many of my clients feel trapped in patterns they don’t fully understand, and our work focuses on making sense of those responses without shame
I’m a sex-positive therapist who provides an affirming, inclusive space for LGBTQ+ individuals, BIPOC, recovering addicts, and those are marginalized. I also work with active duty and retired military members. My approach is trauma-informed, grounded in empathy and respect.
