Education & Experience

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Southern Oregon with more than 25 years of experience supporting clients with their mental health. I offer in person and telehealth appointments and accept both private pay and insurance. My previous work includes positions as medical social worker, hospice social worker, and as a clinician at Jackson County mental health and at Child & Family Psychiatric Center (12 years). In 2014, I started my private practice. I have completed the EMDRIA EMDR Training and am certified in Somatic Therapy. I’m a certified facilitator of SoulCollage® and Divine Ink®, and I love guiding women through creative, soul-nourishing processes that foster deep personal understanding.

My primary practice focus is providing care to women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, health difficulties, life changes, and grief. My approach is a blend of clinical knowledge and intuitive wisdom, creating a compassionate space where women can heal, reclaim their inner knowing, and learn tools they can use for life. My lifelong passion is to honor, empower, and support women.
