I believe healing is possible for everyone, no matter how overwhelming life may feel today. My passion is helping individuals move beyond survival and create lives marked by emotional resilience, healthy relationships, and lasting purpose.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide trauma-informed, evidence-based care in a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe, heard, and supported. I work collaboratively with each person, recognizing that every healing journey is unique. Rather than simply treating symptoms, I help clients understand the root causes of emotional distress while developing practical skills for long-term healing and growth.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing trauma and PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD and executive functioning challenges, grief and loss, betrayal trauma, compulsive sexual behaviors, moral injury, burnout, emotional dysregulation, self-sabotaging behaviors, identity concerns, and relationship difficulties. I also enjoy working with executives, healthcare professionals, military members, veterans, first responders, pastors, ministry leaders, and other high-performing professionals navigating the emotional demands of leadership and service.
