About Me
I provide a warm, grounding, and collaborative space for clients to explore life transitions, identity, stress, and emotional well-being. My integrative approach draws from attachment-based, cognitive behavioral, somatic, narrative, and trauma-informed therapies to support clients in reconnecting with their authentic selves. I support individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, anger, relational challenges, and identity exploration, and offer neurodivergent-affirming care for ADHD, Autism, and executive functioning needs. My work centers authenticity, self-discovery, and the belief that healing happens when you feel seen, heard, and valued.
