About Me
I’ve been working in the field of psychology since 2010 helping individuals, couples and families cope with a variety of mental health factors. My professional background has given me the opportunity to work with clients of different ages and backgrounds- I’ve had the privilege to meet and work with these clients while working at various hospitals, mental health clinics, non-profit social service agencies. My passion is helping individuals heal and see healthy changes in their lives- it can be anything from improving relationships, gaining self-confidence, overcoming major life experiences or acute life transitions- healing and change is possible! My approach is supportive, reflective, collaborative and trauma-informed. I’m currently Certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy.
