About Me
I am a bilingual Spanish/English Counselor with a background in Education and a Master’s in Community Counseling. I am a compassionate counselor experienced in working with adults and groups. I provide a nonjudgmental and empathetic space for individuals to explore their experiences, build insight, and develop effective tools for growth. I am passionate about helping neurodiverse individuals thrive in a neurotypical world and am dedicated to supporting their journey toward well-being and fulfillment.
I employ a blend of evidence-based therapies, including Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Psychadelic Somatic Interactional Psyschotherapy (PSIP).
Therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to create a safe and trusting space where clients can explore, heal, and grow. I offer a nonjudgmental and empathetic environment for adults and groups to explore their personal experiences, attachment patterns, and relationship dynamics while working toward greater self-awareness and emotional well-being.
