About Me

I'm glad you found me! I work best with adults who are looking to address their underlying trauma that are affecting their daily life in relationships, sense of self, work performance, and/or family. Trauma can be from childhood or adulthood, short-term or long-term. As long as you are ready to make a commitment for this intense trauma work, I will support you through your journey and bring a significant change in your life. I hear BEAUTIFUL and EMPOWERING stories from my clients even from the most traumatic events. I am simply AMAZED to be a witness to these journeys of healing. And YOU can experience this as well. I will carefully guide you and help you attend to the relevant memories, emotions, thoughts, physical sensations, and beliefs to untangle where you feel stuck and hurt so that you can move forward in your life, live and pursue your goals and dreams. I look forward to consultation calls. You can email me, call me, or book a consultation call directly at https://www.waltztherapy.com/contact.
