Therapy should feel like a place where you can show up exactly as you are — raw, messy, unsure, or guarded — and still be met with care, honesty, and respect. Whether you’re a survivor of intimate partner or sexual violence, a first responder carrying both personal and professional trauma, or someone trying to make sense of what’s next, you don’t have to do this alone. I specialize in working with survivors and first responders, using a trauma-informed, creative, and practical approach. Together, we create space to breathe, process, and begin to reclaim your sense of safety and self — at your pace, on your terms. In addition to talk therapy, I offer EMDR to help process trauma. I also work with parts of self — the younger, protective, or wounded parts — to help them feel seen and understood. I use body-based techniques, expressive tools like art, and practical skills to manage triggers and rebuild trust. You are not defined by what’s happened to you. Your strength, your survival, your story — all of it matters. I’ll show up with honesty, compassion, and the kind of realness that honors both your pain and your resilience, so we can move toward healing together, at your pace.
