Education & Experience
I am trained in several evidence based therapies including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am a Certified Daring Way Facilitator™ and trained in Gottman Method Couples Counseling. I completed my master’s degree in Social Work from ASU and my master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Bastyr University. I have spent the last 6 years having the honor of working with Veterans in a specialty mental health setting at the VA. I specialize in complex trauma, moral injury and PTSD.
