About Me
I am a bilingual and bicultural counselor meaning I feel comfortable working with clients who are Spanish speaking, or use both Spanish and English in session. I also feel comfortable with cultural specific topics such as immigration stress, adjusting to culture/society, and racial/ethnic concerns. Asking for help takes a lot of courage, and my hope is to help individuals wanting to overcome challenges in their lives and their relationships. I have experience working with issues such as trauma, relationship difficulties, parenting, domestic violence, sexual violence, PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
